Enjoy 20-minutes of quality dolphin time! It's a combination of both shallow water and deep-water interaction. Half the time is spent sitting waist-high on a submerged platform where the dolphins come right up to your lap. The other half of the program takes place in the deeper water where you are observing the dolphins swimming under and around you, having a chance to see them through a mask and experience more interaction. Tour price also includes admission to the Maritime Museum where you'll have time to browse in addition to time with the dolphins.
Note: Participants must be at least 6 years of age. Bring your swimsuit, sunscreen, and a towel. A change of clothes is recommended. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women. The Dolphin Experience takes place within the walls of the Maritime Museum. The museum self tour will take at least 90 minutes to explore. Please allow 30 minutes check-in time for the dolphin program. We recommend that participants know how to swim; lifejackets are required and provided. The duration of this tour is an approximation of interaction, check-in time and museum exploration, but participants may choose to stay at the museum at their own leisure once the interaction is completed.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The staff was very informative and patient. The dolphins were eager to please and loved the attention. We trulely enjoyed the up close interaction with Bailey and her baby, Cavello. Getting in the water with them and being able to touch and even kiss them was an experience we won't soon forget. Though this is one of the more expensive tours, it was well worth the money. They are such gentle and intelligent creatures that it was an easy and relaxing event. everyone should try this at least once!.

Review 2 for Bermuda Dolphin Experience
Location:North Dighton, MA
I traveled with:Family
Cruise Date Month:May
Favorite port:Kings Wharf, Bermuda
I want to go here next:Alaska
Date:June 4, 2012
I loved the experience with the dolphins.. one drawback is that this is not handicap friendly.. I have a hard time with walking and going up and down stairs. It was difficult for me to get into the water and even worse..out of the water. i could not do the whole experience because my lifejacket ended up to my chin and made me float in a way I didn''t want to.. I could not keep myself upright.. so I could not do the 2nd half with the snorkel mask. My brother did the whole thing and he had a wonderful time,

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Unless I read the details wrong, this is totally NOT what I expected. I left the ship, walked 5 minutes to the venue, The 2 hours of not even "swimming with the dolphins" was not worth the price of admission!
We've been looking forward to taking this excursion since we booked it 6 months before the cruise, and it certainly didn't disappoint! Very educational, and quite emotional. We got to learn hand signals, touch, kiss, dance with and swim with the dolphins. Well worth every penny - we'd do it again in a heartbeat!
