Relaxing on beach.
Excellent way to experience the Carribean culture. Excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, plenty of activities. All anemities are in close proximity to the beach. Great, relaxing beach experience.
We enjoyed this trip very much. The beach was very relaxing. There are plenty of lounge chairs and beach for all the tourists. We paid the extra for the snokels and floats. Well worth the price for a relaxing day in the sun! The locals were very pushy when selling their wares. You must be forceful and walk away.

Best Stop of our Trip
My boyfriend and I loved Cayo Levantado. It was the best stop of our whole trip. The beach was amazingly beautiful, and even though it was crowded, you never got the sensation of being too close or claustrophobic. There were plenty of lounge chairs in the soft brown sand, and the water was so clear and blue. Wasn't quite warm enough for me to swim, but BF had a great time snorkeling, and even found me a gorgeous sand dollar to bring home. I would definitely go back here again. I recommend this excursion to everyone who loves a relaxing beach day. Only thing is, you might want to have some small knowledge of Spanish, as the vendors who rent snorkels and other equipment do speak some English, but you might get a little confused if you have a conversation about something out of the everyday. We lost a snorkeling mask and had a difficult time understanding if they wanted reimbursement. Also, the shop owners are VERY pushy, but they have great deals on jewelry, shirts, and art. Just be stern and don't fall for any tricks.
