Upon arrival your guide will provide you with important safety information before starting off along the trail. You'll soon discover Samana in all its natural beauty and diversity. Stops are made along the way as your guide points out areas of interest. Arrive at an area hidden from view of the path that opens to a beautiful cascade which falls to a clear, natural pool. Located in a secluded area, the falls are pristine and visited only by a lucky few. You'll have plenty of time to relax with a cool beverage and swim in the pool of fresh, mountain water before making the return along a path to your waiting transport. A short stop at a ranch house will be made where you may use the restrooms or purchase a beverage before returning to your ship's tender port. Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age and must be able to navigate uneven surfaces. Wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe footwear or Teva®-type sandals. Trail is muddy, you'll get dirty. Please dress appropriately. Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel.
