Leisurely Sorrento
Get away from the hustle and bustle of Naples and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of Sorrento. Start with a panoramic drive from Naples along the beautiful coast. Upon arrival in Sorrento, your guide will introduce you to this lovely city and give out your drink coupons which you can use for a complimentary soft drink or ice-cream anytime during your free time. Get to know the city better, shop, or do as you please (the amount if time spent in Sorrento depends on traffic conditions). You'll meet your guide at the designated place and time for the return drive to Naples with more beautiful views of the coast.

Leisurely Sorrento
For the price Leisurely Sorrento was pretty good. It was about a hours drive from the port to Sorrento and a hours drive back. Overall we had about 2.5 hrs to walk around Sorrento to do some shopping and sightseeing. Don't leave the drink to the end or you may not get the drink, since everybody seems to go at the end.

A relaxing way to see Sorrento
The tour started with an hour or so bus tour to Sorrento. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we were amazed at the driving skill of the bus driver. They have manual transmissions and he drove very narrow and hilly roads with great skill. Once we arrived in Sorrento, we had approximately an hour to do what we wanted. We walked past shops, bought some Limoncello treats and a beautiful pair of shoes. It was a nice way to start our week of excursions. They have coffee and pastry shops where you can relax and enjoy some people watching. It was nice to be able to explore what we wanted. We are glad we picked this excursion because the next 2 in Italy were long and tiring.

just ok
This tour lets you see Mt. Vesuvius a little closer, see the isle of Capri from afar, and a beautiful view of the bay of Naples. Time in Sorrento was short to go very far. Likewise, its a nice place to shop so time passed so quickly. Maybe they should add more time in Sorrento.

Sorrento is absolutely loverly, well what I saw of it!
I would love someone to explain to me why it is called 'Leisurley'? It takes the coach an hour or so to get there from Naples and an hour or so to return. (However the coastal views are wonderful). This means you get a maximum of 1.5 hours in Sorrento.
Now a free drink is included, which was most welcome - this takes maybe 20 mins , so you are down to 1 hour 10 mins to see Sorrento. You can also visit a pottery shop, but that would probably cost you a further half an hour.
All this excursion gives you is the briefest taste, but I did enjoy it and I plan to return to Sorrento for a holiday one day.
