Lucayan Park encompasses 40 acres of mangrove swamps, sand dunes, broad beaches, limestone caves and a pine and palm forest. You'll kayak in a protected creek through a mangrove forest for approximately 90 minutes and venture on a guided 1/4-mile, one-hour nature walk through Lucayan National Park. Visit caves and learn about the history of the original Bahamian people. Enjoy a swim and light lunch under shelter at beautiful Gold Rock Beach.
Note: Participants must be at least 6 years of age and weigh no more than 300 lbs. Two-person kayaks are used. Please wear your swimsuit and bring a towel. Protected footwear such as tennis shoes are highly recommended, no flip-flops please. Water-safe storage bags are provided so you may bring your camera. Lunch consists of do-it-yourself deli sandwiches, fruit, cookies, lemonade and water. Bring water and sun protection. Guests have the option to visit the Caves or stay at Gold Rock Beach. Guests must sign a waiver release form.
