Seafood Cooking School & Oregon Wine Tour

Participants will watch a fresh salmon being filleted and prepared in a simple manner. Learn to make a quick aioli sauce and a great way to enjoy fresh steamed clams using Northwest beer. More than just a cooking demonstration, Chef Du Jour will entertain, educate and demystify the preparation of fresh Northwest seafood. Note: Participants must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
